Our Services links will tell you more about ways we may be able to assist you.  You can register for an individual psychological service online anytime. Our group psychological services links allow you to select and register yourself or your family member for our groups and workshops that are offered throughout the year. Some groups do require a pre-group interview prior to final confirmation of admission to the group or class.

Please do carefully review the options in the service menu.

While you are deciding on the services and the team member who will be best for you, we’d like to draw your attention to our regularly updated blog and free resources:

Fully Alive Blog

We hope you will read and comment on Dr. Sogge’s psychology  blog from an ACT perspective*. Dr. Sogge and Associates and guest bloggers will post reflections about mindfulness, acceptance, commitment, health psychology, performance psychology, links to great resources, and research reports on mindfulness, positive psychology, and mind-body health. Watch for free videos and free downloads designed with your health and performance in mind.

*The statements in this blog are common ACT and cognitive psychology ideas and concepts.  To the best of our blog writers’ abilities we attempt to give full value to the contributions of others and to credit colleagues for their ideas and work.  However, as practitioners, we use these ideas on a daily basis and have integrated many ACT ideas into our thinking; we  have developed  variations and examples which are based on our own practices, teaching of cognitive psychology, and our own personal practices of mindfulness and personal experience.   Variations on the core ACT ideas, perspectives on cognitive psychology concepts, and interpretations of how ideas should be applied cannot be the responsibility of anyone else other than the writer.  We refer you to a wonderful set of ACT  and Third Wave Psychology publications put out by  http://www.newharbinger.com.”
