Do you worry about looking foolish or being noticed in social ? Avoid talking to people or doing the things you want todo because of fear and self-doubt? Struggle to meet new people or reach your full potential at school or work because of the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that get in the way?
This group will give you a new perspective on shyness and social anxiety by helping you open up to difficult thoughts and feelings while doing what really matters to you.
