Community members, beginning and advanced meditators, those curious about mindfulness practice are invited to register for monthly Friday evening mindfulness meditation sessions led by Dr Sogge, an IMTA certified professional mindfulness teacher and/or Peter Lloyd MBA, an Mindfulness Skills for Performance trainer.
Sessions are held monthly on a Friday 6-7pm and include silent teacher-guided meditation practice, a brief teaching, and inquiry. A portion of all proceeds from the Friday Night Drop In Meditations goes to local environmental non-profits.
