I know that many events are cancelled, so I want to tell you WHAT IS ON and how to access high quality mental health services at Ottawa River Psychology Group.

Face to face sessions for asymptomatic clients

Online individual therapy sessions for current clients where appropriate;

Online psychotherapy groups where appropriate (contact me);

Online monthly drop-in community meditation. ALL MONTHLY COMMUNITY MEDITATION ONLINE WILL BE FREE;

LIMITED ACCESS to quarterly in-person mindfulness and compassion meditation retreats at the Yoga Attic in Carp, ON. Limit 10.

LIMITED ACCESS to annual in person meditation retreat at the Galilee Retreat Centre in Arnprior, ON. Limit 12.

LIMITED ACCESS to in person Mindful Self Compassion Intensive. LIMIT 8.

UNLIMITED ONLINE ACCESS Mindful Self Compassion Short Course (6 weeks x 1 hour);

UNLIMITED ONLINE ACCESS Canadian Compassion Focused Therapy Network Annual Meeting May 15, 2020
