Associates welcome clients at Ottawa River Psychology Group

The Associates Welcome You!

To better serve you the Associates have moved over to 44 Hawthorne Avenue to a new facility named Ottawa River Psychology Group.  We continue to work together as colleagues who share professional practice values and a focus on Third Wave psychotherapies, mindfulness and compassion.

Dr. Sogge will continue to see individual clients at 9 Lewis Street.

Dr Sogge’s classes will be offered through the meditation space in the lower level at Ottawa River  Psychology Group.  The new meditation space at Ottawa River Psychology Group is referred to as Wild Blue Mindfulness.
